01 How the Returns Process Works
Submit Online
Log into your account, go to Returns, and open a request. Select your items, reason, and upload photos.
We Review
Our team reviews your request within 1β2 business days and approves eligible returns.
Free Label
We email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label β print it and attach it to your parcel.
Full Refund
Once we receive your item, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 2β4 business days.
02 Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. The item must be:
- β In its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals
- β Unused (unless the item is faulty or damaged)
- β Purchased directly from Rigwig Electronics
03 Accepted Return Reasons
When submitting your return you will be asked to select a reason and upload at least one photo of the item.
04 Non-Returnable Items
- β Opened software, digital downloads, or licence keys
- β Consumables (e.g. batteries) that have been used
- β Custom or personalised items
- β Items returned after 60 days from delivery
- β Items showing signs of damage caused by misuse
05 Prepaid Return Labels
We provide a free prepaid Royal Mail return label for all approved returns β you pay nothing to send your item back. Once we approve your request, the label will appear in your account under Returns, and we will also email it to you.
Drop your parcel at any Royal Mail Post Office. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Please do not send returns to this address without a Rigwig-issued label β unsolicited returns cannot be processed.
06 Refunds
- β Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2β4 business days of us receiving your returned item.
- β We will inspect the item on arrival. If it is returned in a different condition to when it was sent, a partial refund may apply.
- β You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- β Bank processing times vary β please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
07 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item for a full refund and place a new order. If you need help, open a support ticket from your account.
08 Your Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving them, and to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
