Rigwig Points — Terms & Conditions
Points are awarded on eligible product purchases — calculated on order subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts.
Points are credited when the order is marked as Completed.
New customers receive a one-time welcome bonus of 50 points when they create a Rigwig account.
Customers earn 100 points for each verified product review submitted while logged in, or 200 points for a review that includes photos.
Points can be redeemed at checkout to receive a discount on future orders.
Points are not earned on shipping charges, gift cards, or items marked as excluded.
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the associated points will be removed from your account.
Rigwig Points are valid for as long as the programme is active. If the programme is ever discontinued or significantly changed, all affected customers will be informed in advance with reasonable notice.
Rigwig may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where material, communicated to customers directly.
We reserve the right to withhold or adjust points in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
